Shipping

  1. Most orders will simply incur a £9.99 delivery charge.
  2. For items longer than 1000mm the shipping cost will be £24.00  
  3. We ship to any standard address, private or business, within the UK mainland. 
  4. Orders are despatched within 1 - 2 days.

Returns

If you have received damaged or defective products, we apologise in advance and ask you to please call us on 01702 618877 and ask for customer services.

Standard no-fault returns

  1. Goods can only be returned up to 14 working days starting the day after delivery.
  2. Products are returned at your own cost, unused and undamaged in their original packaging.
  3. The goods remain your responsibility until the goods have been received on EDP (UK) Ltd premises.
  4. For returns to be processed and refunded, you need to complete the online returns form and clearly attach the resulting form to the outside of the goods.
  5. Goods must be returned in full pack quantities. We cannot offer any refunds on partial packs.
  6. Refunds do not include delivery charges.
  7. EDP will endeavour to process all returns within 3 working days of receipt of the return.
